- To prevent coal from falling into large holes, weld washers or pieces of mesh or metal plates to them, whatever you have on hand. Remember that there should be small holes for air supply.
- Cover the center hole in the bottom with a stove pan or a heavy piece of metal of a suitable shape. This removable lid will allow you to control the air draft to increase or decrease the heat.
- Connect both disks by welding to create space inside.
- Make a door on the side of the top wheel. Cut out a 20x15 cm rectangle with a grinder. Weld two nuts to the grill as hinges, and hang the door with bolts. You can make loops from two pieces of bicycle chain. Weld them on a flat plane parallel to each other so that half of the chain is attached to the wall of the grill, and half to the door.
- As a handle, weld a thick spring or any piece of scrap metal you like to the door. Weld a small metal plate inside to prevent the door from falling inward.

- Use a grinder to cut off the inner partition, leaving only the rim.

- In the sides of the rim on both sides, drill holes in half the section of the profile to insert the legs. You should end up with 4 on top and 4 on the bottom.
- Make four legs 45-50 cm long from a profile pipe.
- Measure the width of the rim between the post holes. Cut off half the cross section of each post at one end of the same length. You will get a limiter on the legs so that they do not fall into the holes.
Option #1: Simple
The brazier can be made from a regular stamping disk, even a fairly thick-walled and heavy one.
Future supports will be made from a tenth square approximately 140 centimeters long.
Seven holes along the edges and five in the center will have to be welded with pre-cut overlays. Then beautifully bend and weld the legs.
If the disk was coated with anti-gravel (it will leak when welded), before starting work you need to burn it or sandblast it down to the metal, otherwise after painting, when the coals are lit, everything applied to the disk will flow.
Once it’s ready, you should light a good fire to allow the product to melt and burn.
The large hole in the center is welded, but four small side ones are left so that there is traction.
