1. The area is marked for installation of poles. Metal supports are being installed on a concrete base. First you need to dig holes, the depth of which will be 0.6–0.8 m. Making a spiral barrier along the ground:

1. To install barbed wire on the ground, it is recommended to use a large-circle spiral.

How to properly install Egoza on a fence (useful tips)

Types of structures

The protective product is made of steel. Based on their composition, types of barbed wire are divided into:

1. Weld the brackets to the top of the slab at a distance of 2.5 - 3 meters. You should not make brackets from a 45 x 45 mm metal corner; such a bracket is strong enough and does not deform.

During physical effort, it works as a support and helps to overcome the obstacle. Better is a metal corner, 25 x 25 mm. With such a bracket, an attacker will not be able to pull himself up. Thanks to the deformation of the bracket, your security, when walking around the perimeter, will be able to determine where an attempt was made to illegally enter.

3. Along the edges of the brackets, along the fence, stretch a guide galvanized wire with a diameter of 2.5 mm. in two rows, holes must be made in the brackets in advance. 4. The barbed wire on the ground is stretched to the required length. The length is regulated by the manufacturer. When stretched, the wire is inserted between two guides. You can also stretch the fidget on a fence if it is concrete slabs, but it is not safe and requires skill.

5. Once the entire perimeter is surrounded by barbed wire, it needs to be straightened. This procedure does not carry any functionality, only a visual effect.

6. After the adjustment, workers should walk around the perimeter and attach the fidget to the galvanized wire guide, with mounting brackets on each side. The distance between staples is 80 cm.

To turn steel springs into sharp barbed wire, it is placed under a 90-ton press, while sponge rollers coat the metal with oil to lubricate the knives inside the machine. The press is lowered onto hardened steel knives that cut through the steel to create strips of barbed wire. After this procedure, we get barbed wire that is so sharp that it can cut through clothing, gloves and skin. She is already incredibly dangerous; touching her can result in death. Using the right tool it can be cut. So it is wrapped around giant wheels and loaded into a machine that reinforces it with carbon steel wire. This is a thin wire 2.5 mm thick, but carbon steel is so strong that it can withstand a weight of 1000 kg. To combine carbon steel with sharp strips, barbed wire is placed into the apparatus one after another, then it comes out already fused with carbon steel. The machine spits out 91 meters of sharp, strong steel wire per hour; how exactly the two steels are connected is a big secret, but the steel wire is easy to see. It resembles a shiny spine that extends along the entire central part of the barbed wire, strengthening it. The finished wire is collected and twisted into skeins. After the wire is collected into springs, the robot creates various curls from the wire creating a chaotic pattern so that an intruder or prisoner cannot overcome it. The curls act in the same way as the curls of a spring: they bounce back when they try to cut the wire, since the pattern is constantly changing, it is difficult to predict which way the sharp ends of the wire will bounce. The thorns cut through the T-shirt with great ease. Even work gloves cannot protect you from sharp steel. Therefore, you can imagine how dangerous bounced curls are. The thorns are the last line of defense against uninvited guests if the wire can be broken or cut through. Once the entire skein is twisted, the barbed wire is ready. Rolls of wire can be rolled out in a matter of seconds if you throw them out of the trunk of your car. It can also be attached to the top of fences for added protection against intruders or prisoner escapes. The mere sight of barbed wire is enough to intimidate. If someone nevertheless decides to overcome it, the springs are always ready to fight back.
