I have a good and well-known Makita 4329 jigsaw. But when cutting on chipboard there were always three problems:

Of course, I’m not a professional and I’m sure that there are masters who work wonders with a jigsaw. However, it's definitely not me.

All over the Internet, on furniture makers' forums, in this situation they recommend not using a jigsaw to cut laminated chipboard, everyone says - take a circular saw (or take it to a workshop for cutting).
